Our client, a passionate traveler, entrusted us with the task of finding her an apartment in the neighborhood where she studied in her youth. A lover of Italy, she then asked us to transform a cold, unwelcoming space into a cozy nest that could embrace all the treasures she had gathered throughout her life.

Our clients contacted us to manage the renovation of their apartment before returning to France with their children after several years spent in Africa.The renovation project aimed to create an additional bedroom for a child and maximize storage while maintaining an open circulation space and enhancing the apartment's natural light.

Complete renovation of a 120 m² family apartment in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. The main goal was to reorganize the spaces while maintaining three bedrooms. The living room was moved into a large bedroom, while a new kitchen was created in the adjacent bedroom. Two large openings were made between the kitchen and living room to expand the space. The former kitchen was converted into a laundry room, and the bedrooms were created in the old living room.
