Founded by Charlotte Watine and Wissem Soussi, Wexpat Home was established out of a passion for interior architecture and a commitment to assisting expatriates and international clients in navigating the complex world of property investment, renovation, and management in Paris. Having both spent several years living abroad, we understand the challenges of settling back home or renovating a property from a distance.
Initially set up as an interior architecture and design agency, we quickly expanded our services to meet the specific needs of our international clientele. Our mission is to simplify the real estate process by offering comprehensive support—from property searches to renovations and rental management. By blending our extensive knowledge of the Parisian market with our design expertise, we create spaces that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of our clients.

Meet our team
Charlotte Watine
After completing my studies in applied arts and design in France, I ventured to Australia, where I earned a Master's in International Business. I then spent several years working in advertising in Sydney. Upon returning to France, I joined Advent Group as Sales Director, a role that allowed me to travel the world for seven years. This experience helped me refine my aesthetic sensibility, drawing inspiration from various cultures.
In 2015, I resumed my studies to obtain a diploma in interior design, which led me to establish my first interior design agency W and You in 2016. Thanks to my international network, I quickly began collaborating with foreign investors in France, allowing me to understand the challenges expatriates face in managing their properties in Paris. It became clear to me that Wexpat was the perfect solution to meet these needs.
Over the past eight years, I have managed more than 100 projects, which has enabled me to build strong partnerships with trusted renovation professionals. My expertise combines design, project management, and personalized support, offering expatriate clients a tailor-made service from concept to completion.
Wissem Soussi
Graduated in Industrial Design, my career began with a strong focus on industrial and automotive design, collaborating with major international companies such as Peugeot, Citroën, Suzuki, Volvo, and DafTruck. Over time, my passion evolved toward architectural project management, where I apply my design expertise to oversee complex renovations and construction projects.
With extensive international experience, I now specialize in the coordination and supervision of architectural projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. Notably, I was entrusted with the design and project management for the façade of the Maison de la Tunisie at the Cité Internationale Universitaire in Paris, a landmark building that reflects my ability to combine creative vision with technical precision.
My work stands out for its in-depth research into architectural history and its integration of innovative materials and technology, all while maintaining a rigorous focus on project timelines and quality control.
